Do I have any flexibility?

Although we believe it is important to keep things simple and avoid complicated cost options, we understand that one package cannot suit everyone. We do provide additional database storage and portal guest accounts on request but we try to keep these costs simple too:

1GB Additional Database Storage: £10 per month
Additional Portal Guest Account: £1 per month

No Fixed Term Contract!

We don't like being tied into long contracts so we've decided not to tie you in either!

We are confident that you will like our service but we also understand that businesses change and one day you might want to leave us, in which case you just let us know a month in advance, make the arrangements with our support team and we'll advise you on how best to port your data.
